Experience: 1 - 3 Yrs
Required Skills: Good
Java programming skills, Exposure to web app development, Knowledge of
how web apps work, HTTP protocol,Any of the MVC frameworks,
understanding of DB connectivity through Java, exposure to ORM,
Eclispe/IntelliJ/Any other, basics of version control Desirable: JUnit,
Struts2,Basics of hibernate,Enterprise Java Beans[Not very important]
Sr Developer
Number of Positions: 10
Experience: 3 - 5 Yrs
Required Skills: All
the above, including desirables Desirable: Good OO design abilities,
knowledge about application servers, deep knowledge of hibernate/any
other ORM tool, exposure to refactoring, exposure to iterative
development processes,exposure to dynamic languages,work flow
engines,webservices.
Development Manager
Number of Positions: 03
Experience: 8 - 12 Yrs
Required Skills: Hands
on Core Java/J2EE/Spring/Hibernate/Struts 2/Ant/Ajax. Having a minimum
of 8 years of development experience. At least 4 years on the above
technologies and frameworks. Strong Technical and Analytical Skills.
Strong Design Skills. Must have worked in Agile enviornment. Self
motivated and driven. Ability to mentor juniors in good design and
architecture.
Architect
Number of Positions: 01
Experience: 12+ Yrs
Required Skills: All
the above, Hands on. Experience in multiple technology streams
(J2EE,Dynamic languages, .Net etc), ability to compare various options
and decide. Ability to see abstractions bubbling up from different
teams and consolidate the same.Very good design skills Desirable: GIS
systems, Visualization techniques, experience in the mobile space, SOA
Business Analyst
Number of Positions: 04
Experience: 2 - 4 Yrs
Required Skills: Hands on. Experience in Requirements Analysis, Business Process Engineering, Software Implementation.
Test Engineer
Number of Positions: 10
Experience: 0 - 3 Yrs
Required Skills: 0 - 3 years of exp in Test Case Writing, Manual Testing,
Automation Tests (Watir Script Developmentand Selenium).
