  eGovernments Foundation is a not-for-profit trust that was founded in Feb 2003 by Nandan Nilekani & Srikanth Nadhamuni with a goal of creating an eGovernance system to improve the functioning of City Municipalities leading to better delivery of services to their citizens.

Srikanth Nadhamuni - Co-Founder & Managing Trustee of eGovernments Foundation. Srikanth is a Silicon valley entrepreneur who has spent 16 years in the US, creating technology solutions at companies such as Sun Microsystems, Intel, Silicon Graphics, WebMD and startup GlobeTrades, having worked in diverse projects such as the Pentium and UltraSparc chips, interactiveTV & Internet technologies. He has worked with NGOs in India for the past 12 year, including serving as President of ICA - a San Francisco Bay Area non-profit that funds NGOs across India. 
Professor Sadagopan  an eGov board member is the Founder Director of the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, a new generation Institute, promoted jointly by the Government of Karnataka and IT industry. Professor Sadagopan had taught for more than two decades at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, (IITK),  and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, (IIMB). He did his  Master's and Doctoral degree at Purdue University, USA .
