  Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (City Corporation) eGovernments Foundation started working with BMP in Jan 2003, BMP caters to 5.6million Bangloreans spread over 366 SqKms of urban area. We took up the computerization of the revenue department. The eGov Property Tax module was installed in the corporation head office and 25 client offices were connected for collection of property tax.  It is also integrated with the Bangalore One (B1), allowing citizens to pay property tax from the B1 citizen service centres.
Karnataka- Nirmala Nagara Project -  The Govt. of Karnataka Urban Development Dept. and the eGovernments Foundation signed an MoU to take up a Municipal eGovernance project for the largest 57 cities of Karnataka - which included all the corporations and City Municipal Councils (CMCs). This project includes deployment of 8 modules: 1) eGov Property 2) eGov Financials 3) eGov Grievance 4) eGov Birth/Death 5) eGov City Website 6) eGov Works 7) eGov Water Billing 8) eGov Trade Licenses. A massive data gathering exercise and GIS digital mapping of about 3000SqKms of urban area has been taken up. Training has been imparted to hundreds of city engineers, 1200 revenue officers, Commissioners and Mayors of all 57 cities.
 

MCD - Municipal Corporation of Delhi - eGov signed an MoU with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on July 22nd 2004. We have taken up 4 key modules for the MCD 1) eGov Property  2) eGov Grievance 3) eGov Ward Works 4) eGov Financials. The eGov Grievance has been live since March 10th 2005. On the property tax collection eGov and MCD have completed the process reengineering and started the data gathering of 9.5 lakh properties of Delhi, once this data is data entered and imported into the eGov Property system the system will be ready for use by citizens. The eGov Ward Works module is currently under development is slated to go live around May 1st week. The eGovernments Foundation have also been requested to coordinate between all IT vendors and partners supplying products to the MCD so that there is seamless integration between these various products.
